It's happening again, the one and only BOXSTOCK, The UK Cigar Box Guitar Festival®!

This year we have a cool new venue, Iron House in Birmingham. It's close to Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter, with a stylish industrial vibe and an informal gallery style layout. The bar will be open throughout the event.
The event runs from 11.00am to midnight. Tickets are available for the daytime session, the evening gig or a combined ticket for the day and evening .
Daytime 11.00am-5.30pm £5.00
Evening gig 7.00pm-11.00pm £15.00
Combined all day & evening ticket £20.00
Children under 14 free
We don't have to close the event until midnight, so you'll be able to hang and around and chill after the last act has finished.
Please note, ticketing is slightly different from recent editions of Boxstock, when the daytime session was free. This time due to economic pressures we have had to make a small charge for the daytime sessions, so please remember to buy a combined ticket if you don't want to miss anything! Also, we do have a limited capacity, so if tickets sell out in advance, we will not be able to offer "walk-up" tickets on the door. We will update the website if this happens and will release returned tickets if they become available.
During the day we'll have trade stalls, demos, open mic. and showcase music performances. We are planning to have more performances during the daytime to give you more value for money.
It's a great opportunity to meet other people, swap ideas on guitar making, learning to play and perhaps if you are brave enough, this could be your first time performing in front of a paying audience! Do get in touch with us if you fancy the idea of playing a couple of numbers in the open mic spots.
For the evening we've started to put together the schedule, with more acts to be confirmed.
